When selecting the egg cage, the farmer should select the appropriate cage according to the structure and size of the chicken house he built. Do not blindly select the cage, and understand the manufacturer, quality and price of the equipment. Don’t just try to be cheap and don’t consider the quality problem. The service life of such equipment will not be too long. Considering it, it is better to choose a device with reliable quality and reasonable price. Let’s share the precautions when several farmers choose equipment.
1. Must have a certain understanding of the equipment before buying equipment. Some manufacturers offer very cheap, but the raw materials and types used are suitable for their own chicken farms, which is worth considering. For example, there are three forms of automatic feed lines for chicken farms: stainless steel chains, wire rope nylon scraper chains, and auger chains. The stainless steel chain is simply broken and has been gradually eliminated. The auger chain is cheap, but it can only be used in chicken houses under 50 square meters. Otherwise, the material strip is simply broken and the feeding is insufficient. The wire rope nylon chain is the most common one. Has been responding well all the time.
2. Know the actual situation of your chicken farm and find out if the equipment is suitable for use. Some equipment manufacturers do not consider the actual situation and will promote some unsuitable equipment.
3. To understand the characteristics of the equipment, understand the basic plan of the chicken house. Some equipment manufacturers aim at selling more products, and do not consider the cost of chicken farms. For example: automatic material line, some chicken houses are shorter than the distance, if you feed the same feed, you can use one line for two houses; for large chicken houses, if conditions permit, you can also use auger line and race The combination of the feed lines, so as to avoid the problem that the chicken farm must be fed with two feed lines; the nursery chicken or the fattening chicken, if the number of feeding per round is not much, you can use a set of dry and wet feed for two circles. The feeder can also ensure the feeding amount of the chicken and save the cost.
4. Shop around. Make as many quotations as possible for several equipment manufacturers to compare. Of course, the time of comparison cannot be more comprehensive than the price. For example: the raw materials of the equipment, the strength of the equipment manufacturers, what customers have been done, the customer’s response, how to pay for the after-sales service, how to install the team, etc.
